V-belts with Polyester Stiff Cords are of normal wrapping and rubber, but with strong cord inside.
They have stronger physical performance and longer service life than normal V belts.
The following are the specifications for the cord.
Dipped polyester stiff cord, used as the framework materials of cloth-packing V-belt, hem-cutting V-belt able to produce the best adhesive effect with natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and chlorine-styrene etc, with high power, low breaking elongating rate, low constant charge elongating rate, small drying shrinkage rate, anti-aging and anti-fatigue.
